RO Bus Sales is a leading provider of commercial buses, vans, and mobility solutions across the Western U.S. We serve diverse industries including education, healthcare, senior living, transit, and government agencies. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative & Delivery Specialist to join our growing Southern California team.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid position that combines sales responsibilities with customer vehicle deliveries. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented salesperson who thrives in building long-term client relationships while ensuring vehicles are delivered safely and professionally to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with fleet buyers, government agencies, nonprofits, schools, and private businesses.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, quotes, negotiations, and closing.
  • Represent RO Bus Sales at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers across Southern California (occasional travel outside the region).
  • Conduct customer orientations on vehicle features, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (automotive, fleet, transportation, or related B2B sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving passenger vans, shuttles, and light-duty commercial vehicles.
  • CDL (Class B with passenger endorsement) preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to travel regionally and occasionally overnight.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Knowledge of ADA, MFSAB, or state purchasing programs (CALACT, Nevada State Purchasing, etc.).
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to explain features and troubleshoot during deliveries.
